distribution, and engineering companies. He has twenty years, oncurrent,
as a director for several Dallas area banks presently serving as a
director for Preston National Bank in Dallas.

McDowell has ten years experience in
business brokerage, twenty years in public relations, customer service
and office management. She coordinates, schedules, and manages business
transactions from initial interviews with clients and buyers to assisting
with the closings.
Bobbie was formerly an executive
secretary for Texas Instruments. Her educational background includes
Business College.
Bobbie McDowell founded
a high tech distribution company in 1980 and was nominated as "Entrepreneur
of the year" in the Dallas Fort Worth Area in 1986.
